Terms Of Service

The commissioner must read through this if they want to purchase a commission.
Rules that begin with a ✝ if they’re broken = instant blacklist.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree with all of the information from my Terms of Service. If somehow a rule is clearly broken, the commissioner will be put on a blacklist. That can be talked through if it’s not a ✝ rule.

Notes

I can take from 1 month to 3 months to deliver your commission, depending on the type of the comissission. I may take more or less time, depending of my time. If I take more time than what first said please be free to contact me. Life problems can occour at any moment but I always try to warn my clients of such things.

When ordering a commission, please be as clear as you want. Even doing a basic sketch with stick figures can be helpful.

I WILL:

  • Draw furries and feral;

  • Draw fictional creactures and original species;

  • Draw OCs with Canon Characters;

  • Draw NSFW;

  • Draw light gore;

  • Provide WIPs.

I WONT:

  • PROVIDE MY ART WITHOUT WATERMARK;

  • Draw MECHAS, Robots, armor, etc.

  • Draw complex city backgrounds;

  • ✝ Draw anything offensive, including: racism, misogyny LGBT+phobia and hate speech;

  • Accept OC references that aren’t: Digital;

  • If it’s a full body commission I won’t work with a bust. A clear reference is required.

Commissioner Rules

This section was created for the rules that the commissioner MUST follow if they want to buy a commission.

  • • The commissioner must send a clear non shaded reference from their character(s). If somehow it’s shaded, provide the original palette.

  • • All of the artistic work copyrights belong to me. Proper credit is necessary. Example: If the commissioner posts the commission on Twitter, Tumblr, Deviantart, etc they must tag me.

  • • Only the commissioner may post their commission on social medias or use it as a profile picture, header, etc.

  • • If you already ordered the commission, you can change the character if I didn’t start it yet.

  • • ✝ You must NOT claim my work as yours or edit it. Breaking this rule results as your name being permanently on my blacklist.

  • • ✝ If the commissioner somehow asks for work that includes incest and relationships with minors (pedophilia), there will be an automatic blacklist.

Payment Metods

All of the payments must be in USD. Brazilians may send USD converted to BRL or BRL only (Reais). I accept:

  • Paypal;

  • Picpay (for Brazilians).

Commissions will only be started if the full payment is given.

If you take a slot:

  • • Full payment is due within 48 hours. If the payment is not sent without a given reason, your order will be cancelled and the slot will be lost.

  • • The commissioner may ask for a refund if I haven’t started your commission.

  • • When the work is fully completed, you cannot ask for a refund.

  • • ✝ If you chargeback a payment you will instantly be put on my blacklist.

Any question that you’re curious about (if something is not on my TOS) can be sent through Instagram direct messages, private messages on Facebook, FurAffinity or Deviantart notes. Please be clear that you are sending a Commission/TOS question.
